Description
A high quality Japanese matcha produced by several farmers in the southern part of Kagoshima. Two of these notable farmers are Mr. Shimokubo, a 3rd generation tea farmer, and Mr. Ueno of Chiran Chuo Seicha. It is a cultivar blend of Yutakamidori, Saemidori, Asanoka, and Yabukita. These carefully selected cultivars ensure consistency season over season.
